My New TV

angel on Apr-23-2012

This is not the first time I bought a TV, but this is my first time buying an LED TV. The first TV I bought was a cheap one, and now that it’s reached the end of its life, I had to replace it. I bought this 32 inch TV that’s really awesome. I enjoyed the installation process, I hooked it up to its vesa adapter and put it in our living room. Now I can watch movies in high definition and you know how much I love HD movies. My friends come over and watch and they love it too. I don’t regret buying this TV, it’s money well spent.

LED Lights

angel on Apr-21-2012

We had this interior design redecoration thing for my friend’s house. We were thinking about what light bulbs to use in their dining room and living room. They wanted to have a soft vibe with earthy tones and smooth hues all over the furniture and walls. But they also said that it shouldn’t be all expensive. I suggested led lights. I like them because they’re economical and beautiful. They’re just plain great and I know her house will look good with them installed.

Redecorating

angel on Apr-18-2012

I redecorated my room today. I just woke up this morning, I looked around, and I said to myself I’ve had enough of this look. I took off the window curtains and replaced them with cool new blinds then I dragged my bed into a new position, changed my sheets, placed a cute little sofa in one corner and decked the room with stuffed toys and picture frames. I also got rid of all the clutter and tidied up my work desk. I stood back and surveyed my work. Now that’s more like it.

Rock Concert

angel on Apr-14-2012

I watched a rock concert the other day. My friend asked me to accompany him and he said he would pay for my ticket, so I said, why not? I don’t go to rock concerts very often, but I can appreciate the genre. I’m a music lover and I like a wide variety of genres. I lean more towards R&B and Mellow songs, but sometimes when my mood calls for it, I listen to rock and heavy metal. During live band concerts, I love watching the guitarists do their thing. I can still remember the first live concert I went to, I couldn’t take my eyes off the guitarist playing the Parker guitar and looking so cool and awesome. Anyway, I really enjoyed the concert, thanks to my friend for inviting me.

English Saddles

angel on Apr-3-2012

I’ve always wanted to try those english saddles at TheEquestrianCorner.com because my friend kept on telling me about them and they come highly recommended. As a beginner in horseback riding, I need to have a saddle so that I feel comfortable. I’m not used to the feeling of riding a horse, and I know it takes some getting used to, so I prefer riding with a saddle. Of course, as I get better, I wouldn’t need it anymore. But for now, I’d love to get a good saddle to help me learn better. Any suggestions?

Do Your Research

angel on Mar-20-2012

I have now reached my goal of losing 10 pounds in 10 weeks. I was 120 pounds when I got home from abroad. I guess all that eating and bingeing took its toll on me. My target weight was 110 pounds. I wanted to lose it gradually, 1 pound a week was my goal. There are a lot of diet pills out there that claim they can make you lose 1 pound a day. Pills like apidextra and a lot more are now being sold in the market. I have no idea whether these pills work because I haven’t tried them. But for those who are willing to try, just be sure that you know what you’re getting yourself into. Do your research, and ultimately, take responsibility of your actions and decisions.

ITIL V3

angel on Mar-17-2012

What is ITIL? This is actually the first time I came across this acronym. I heard it from this friend of mine when we were talking the other day about random stuff. I looked it up and apparently, it stands for The Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). It is like a set of practices for IT service management that somehow aligns IT services with specific business needs. And apparently, the V3 of it makes that alignment clearer and stronger. At least that’s what my friend said that was the reason he got the ITIL v3 2011 pdf pdf online. Sounds simple enough, right?

Deer Solution

angel on Mar-16-2012

Have you guys heard of the Deer Solution before? Well, I never have. I only heard it recently, actually. Apparently, it’s like a chemical that keeps deer away from certain crops and plants. I heard of rabbit repellants before, but for deer, that’s a new one for me. I wonder what they put in those solutions that repel deer. Maybe there’s something in the smell? Maybe they’re formulated to somehow smell terrible to our deer friends, I don’t really know. But I guess they’re quite effective.

Death Is Inevitable

angel on Mar-8-2012

Life is short. But there are people out there blessed with a long and fruitful life, some even way past the normal life span of a human being. They die of old age, and these people have lived a full life. Don’t you wish you could also die of old age? Imagine dying, where you just lie peacefully on your deathbed, surrounded by the people you love, and just ready to embrace death with open arms. Death is inevitable. We all die. But the manner of our death is a big deal to most people. Learning how to plan a funeral for your loved one is never an easy thing. It is such a painful and sad event, but we can make the process easier by opening our hearts and accepting this fact of life, and knowing that these people who we loved on Earth will be with God our Father in Heaven.

Telecom World

angel on Mar-7-2012

It’s a vast world of telecommunications out there, with the advent of cell phones and ipads, it can be very confusing which products to buy, right? Sellers or providers claim that their products are the best. I still remember back when I was in high school, it was when cell phones really started booming in the market. Back then, my friends would just send me a message in a command communications pager. Cellphones were just a luxury back then. Now, cellphones are no longer a luxury but an important tool in everyday life. Can you still imagine what it was like trying to reach a person you’re supposed to meet somewhere without a cellphone? Thank God for technology!
