I’ve always been a fan of yoga as a fitness routine. When I was a kid, I would learn poses all by myself by researching asanas from the Internet. I also got myself one of those yoga mats that I saw yoga practitioners use in videos. It actually really helped my overall posture and health. I used to slouch when sitting, but now I sit up with my back straight. It just happened naturally after a few weeks of practicing yoga. I really recommend this fitness routine for people looking to improve their health and well being. It’s a relatively easy and relaxing exercise.
