It was raining the whole day today, and I wanted to stay home because I wasn’t feeling well. But unfortunately, I couldn’t because I had some errands to make. So I donned on my rain boots and rain coat, grabbed my umbrella, and braved the cold rain. I actually like the rain. It makes me feel nostalgic and cozy, I don’t know why. I remember when I was a child, we would gather together as a family and eat ice cream or drink some hot cocoa indoors when it rained. It was a good family bonding. Now that we don’t do that anymore, whenever it rains, I still get that feeling of coziness and comfort. I’m not so much a fan when I have to go outdoors and get some stuff done under the rain, but still… when I’m indoors, I love listening to music or watch TV, or perhaps curl in bed with a good book and listen to the pitter-patter of the raindrops outside. I guess we all have our reasons for liking, or NOT liking the rain. What’s your stand?
