Happy With Diet

I’ve lost the 10 pounds that I gained back ever since I quit the gym. And I’m so happy! I love to eat, so I’m really sacrificing a lot just to maintain the weight that I want. I would have tried diet pills that work but I wanted to keep this as natural as possible. Just pure portion control, calorie counting and no binge eating. I reward myself from time to time with my favorite food or comfort food, but just once a week or twice if I’m feeling generous. It works for me. No guilt tripping because if you’re not happy with your diet, it won’t help you in the long run.
