I haven’t ridden a horse in my entire life, but I am really liking these riding boots! I’ve always wanted to try horseback riding, but I’m kind of scared, so I’ve put it off for so many times. But just the idea of riding one, it’s really very cool I think. It makes you look sexy and cool at the same time, especially with these boots! Aren’t they stylish? And it will go exceptionally well with those equestrian clothes I’ve been eyeing. But of course, before I get ahead of myself, I have to learn how to ride a horse first. I can’t very well go around wearing equestrian clothes, when I don’t even know how to ride a horse. Haha. Anyway, one of these days, I need to pluck up the courage and try horseback riding. It’s one of the things I need to do!
I’m at home right now, and it’s Maundy Thursday. I’ve already had dinner, consisting a piece of grilled chicken, some corn, and a glass of iced tea. It’s not like I’m in a weight loss diet or something, I just decided to cut back on some fatty foods. These past few days I have been pigging out on sumptuous meals, and I know I have to watch my weight. It’s no fun when you have a slow metabolism and you can’t eat whatever you want. Sometimes I wish I were one of those people who eats and eats and don’t gain a single pound. Wouldn’t that be great? I mean, I don’t want to be extra thin, just average. If you can stay slim (healthy weight) and eat whatever you want, whenever you want, and still maintain your weight, good for you! I hope you guys know how lucky you are. As for the rest of us… well, control is key.
Have you guys experienced getting out of the shower and you saw strands of hair on the floor of your bathroom? Or have you combed your hair and saw a lot of hair stuck on the brush? We all have experienced this in varying degrees. And for those who have it severe, they’ve turned to various hair loss treatments to cure the problem. For those who only have mild hair loss, the stress is not so much. It’s normal to lose hair every now and then because scientifically speaking, our hair is replaced everyday. But if you have it in large amounts, then that’s a different story. We all need to take care of our hair, and we can do that by getting enough nutrients in our body.
