Living In The Present
I just had lunch with 2 of my bestest friends since high school and we had a chat about life in general. We discussed that getting life insurance quotes to secure our future is one thing, but actually LIVING our lives in the present and now is another thing. We shouldn’t just focus on the future, we have to take care of the present too. And I completely agree. One of them is going to Japan next week to get her master’s degree there. She got a scholarship and she’ll be studying there for 4 years if she works hard. They asked me what I wanted to do with my life. I still don’t know the answer to that I’m afraid. I have to find out that ONE thing that will give my life direction. But unfortunately, I still don’t know what that ONE thing is. I admire my friend because she is about to live her dream, which is to go to Japan and study. Now if only I know what my dream is too. I would be one step closer to really LIVING my life to the fullest.
