Joint Pains

My grandma who is already 90 years old has arthritis, and her joints are very weak already. This kinda scares me, especially since we can’t really keep an eye on her all the time. Sometimes she wakes up really late at night, go down the stairs, and sit in the living room. What if she fell? She usually has this pains in her knee and other parts of her leg. Lately, the family has been telling her to take some msm supplements that will help in her joint pains, but sometimes she’s really stubborn! So we have to monitor her day in, day out, to make sure she’s okay. Do you guys have grannies or grandpa’s with you in your house? Are they a handful too? I guess we all have to be patient, because they need us.
