Although I’ve experienced quick weight loss before, I don’t recommend doing it so drastically that you’ll be compromising your health. The best pace is losing 1-2 lbs per week. If you cut your food intake drastically, you’ll be depriving your body with the nutrients it needs to function well. And even if you don’t see immediate effect, you will feel weak and sickly eventually. So if you really want to lose weight quickly, just stick to a good diet plan, exercise, and be patient! You didn’t accumulate all that fat in just a few days right? So you have to be patient and if you’re consistent, you’ll shed off those unwanted pounds in no time!
Do you guys have a daily skin care regimen that you follow religiously? Do you wash your face to remove makeup or dirt accumulated during the day, put on some toner for firming, and then finally lather on some face moisturizer to smoothen the skin? Some people are blessed with good skin even though they don’t have to go through a skin care routing. But for the rest who are not so blessed in this area… we need to take care of our skin to prevent undue damage and aging. It must be wonderful to have flawless, low maintenance kind of skin. But with correct procedure, and just a little effort on your part, you can take care of your skin and enjoy the benefits.
