Kettlebells
Have you guys ever tried using Kettlebells for your workout? I heard they’re even more effective than our regular dumbbells. How true is this? What are they anyway? All I know is that Kettlebells are bowling ball-sized cast iron weights with a single looped handle on top and they are good for strength training. They are good for overall conditioning of the body, because it targets all muscle, which in turn makes your body fit. Try them and find out for yourselves!
