Have you guys ever tried using Kettlebells for your workout? I heard they’re even more effective than our regular dumbbells. How true is this? What are they anyway? All I know is that Kettlebells are bowling ball-sized cast iron weights with a single looped handle on top and they are good for strength training. They are good for overall conditioning of the body, because it targets all muscle, which in turn makes your body fit. Try them and find out for yourselves!

In times of calamities, it really pays to be prepared. Think about this: if a super typhoon hits your city, and the whole area is flooded with rainwater flowing with a strong current… if you don’t know how to swim, do you think you’ll make it out safe? I saw the news and people have already donned life vests! It made me think that it’s probably a good idea if as early as now, we start stocking on safety products because these might be our only chance of survival.
