My friend told me about this cool house and lot that she was planning on buying. It’s very affordable and can be paid by taking out a housing loan, which can be spread out in 20-30 years. The house doesn’t have any furniture or anything, just 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, which is perfect for a family starting out. I wanted to buy one too, but I still can’t afford it. I think this is really a good investment, since lots never depreciate, right? I think I’m going to buy my own once I get enough money. My friend applied for programming jobs abroad, because they say IT is a field that’s in demand there. If I knew how to do programming, I would have applied too, but unfortunately, I never got to master that skill. I guess I just don’t have the patience to analyze and optimize source code. Hehe. It’s just too time consuming and complicated. But I do envy those who can do excellent programming, because it really IS very useful to know how to code.
