I’ve only recently jumped on the Facebook bandwagon, and I must say I really enjoy it. I like the games and applications on it, as well as keeping in touch with friends. But the thing I like even more is the fact that I can find new friends there. I’ve chatted with a whole bunch of different people, a soccer coach, an architect, a plumber, a Chicago accident attorney, a musician, and so much more! I can find diverse people with just a few clicks of my mouse! That’s why social networking sites like Facebook and Myspace are very popular. It brings the whole world closer and the people in it closer, if not in physical world (yet!), at least in cyberspace.

The holidays are over and a lot of people are dealing with increased weight and a much bigger stomach. What with all the feasts during Christmas and celebrating the New Year, people have forgotten all about their diets and ate like there’s no tomorrow. So now that the food season is over they’re a few pounds heavier. So some would go back to their diets, like the Slimquick Cleanse or whatever diet they were on before the holidays. Sometimes, it sucks when you have the type of body that gets fat easily, don’t you think? How about those who are lucky enough to eat whatever they want and not gain a pound?
