I Love You, Goodbye
It’s hard when you HAVE TO say goodbye to someone you love. Not because you want to, but because you HAVE TO. You have so many reasons to stay, and so many reasons to go. And yet, it doesn’t balance out anymore. In fact, you seem to have more reasons to go… and even though you still love the person, you have no choice but to say goodbye. But how do you say goodbye to the person you love? It’s never easy… and it’s heartbreaking. And even though the mind says it’s the right thing to do, your heart will always miss that person.
I just heard the song I Love You, Goodbye in the radio this morning. And I thought of all the people in the world who are saying goodbye to the people they love right now. It’s a depressing thought! And that’s probably why I wrote this post. Goodbye seems inevitable, and just like what they say, every beginning has an end. But hey, life goes on… and with every GOODBYE, comes another HELLO…
