Lose Weight, Slowly But Surely
Back when I was a kid, I was overweight. All those baby fats weren’t so nice to look at. One day, I decided to take the worst route: crash diet. I didn’t realize then that it was a complete no-no. Crash dieting is not a healthy way of losing weight, thus, I was having ulcers and hyper acidity, not to mention large dark bags under the eyes. I was so stupid. But thankfully, I took control of myself before it got any worse. I decided to workout in the gym and eat a healthy, balanced diet. After some time, I was able to lose weight normally. I lost my excess weight and I went down to my ideal weight. And most important of all, I actually felt good! Take this advice: Lose weight, slowly but surely.
