		<description>My cousin just lost 40 pounds on Weight Watchers and my sister lost 75 through diet and exercise. I personally lost 60 pounds using shakes (2 shakes and a meal) but you have to really do your homework and see what will work for you. Ultimately, for most people, being overweight or obese does catch up to your health so do what you have to to get to a normal weight.</description>

		<description>I don't think I would try any diet pills especially a pill that your doctor didn't recommend.  I know years ago I tried one from someone I knew that had my heart racing...I've never tried again.  I truly believe its a matter of what you eat.  Some people seem to have the incredible metabolisms, thats what I wish I had.  I love to eat not overly, but if I did choose eat too often those things I love I would be very overweight..so, I have to watch most things I do eat.  I've tried Weight Watchers which I think is a good plan.  Its healthy and just a means of watching the amount of those certain foods you eat...exercise is helps too...even just walking.  It sounds like you are able to control your weight....I would leave it at that.
